Originally from the U.K., I started the company in 1986, in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles), where our primary office facilities are located. (We are free to base ourselves wherever required).

TOUR & production assistance.

Both the office and "on-road" Tour Production Office Coordination are the responsibilities of my Assistant. 

Duties "ON THE ROAD," normally include;

Co-ordinating Production Runners and the Accounting of Road Floats.

Organizing guest lists and record company and media passes.

Maintaining a constant communication link between Management(s), Sponsor, Agents, Promoter(s) and Vendor(s) offices.

Dressing Room and Catering requirements.

The supervision of Travel arrangements and all the other necessary Office Management tasks required for Artist, Management and Tour personnel during the work day.

A number of my associates are also qualified Wardrobe Mistresses.

    All of my Production Assistants have worked their way up from the ground floor, either working as local runners or wardrobe assistants and have gained exceptional experience working for a number of different clients and their needs over the years.

 I have access to Tour Managers, Stage Managers, Riggers, Sound Engineers, Lighting Directors/Designers and Backline personnel that I work with consistently, if these services are also required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE.

Over the years, we have amassed a vast knowledge of all the major touring markets, venues ranging from clubs, theatres, arenas to stadiums and festivals; together with 1st. Class relationships with all the major vendors, promoters and agencies throughout Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan, South America, South Africa, the Middle East and the complete Austral-Asian market.

Between us we have satisfied clients from a large cross-section of the music world, from Jazz to Heavy Metal, and offer many years of combined "ON ROAD" experience with references second to none.

    For the last 20 years, we have operated a Tour Production Support Services rental department. We established this to provide us with production equipment to enhance the services we could offer to any Artist's Production, where purchasing such "temporary" Tour items was not desired or affordable.

In 2001, "roadcaserentals.com" was formed to concentrate on rentals.

We now have two locations:    

It has expanded to include a rental section that concentrates on:

Production Office Cases.  Wardrobe & Accessory Cases.  Ancillary Cases.

Set Carpenter and Tech Workstation Cases.

Multi Guitar and Keyboard Cases. "FX" Racks .

We continue to add first time clients and get repeat orders from established artists.
